NEW YORK: The four hundred and eighty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council has approved a 282-home mixed-use development on the town’s seafront designed by Stockwool.
The development forms part of a regeneration of the seafront area of the town and also includes restaurants and cafe’s as well as 2,700sq m of commercial space.
The majority of the new homes are designed to be one and two bedroom apartments and the project includes 35 per cent affordable housing. The apartments have been designed to maximise views of the estuary.
