NEW YORK: The four hundred and eightieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A Springfield development company – part of the same company that built Smith Senior Village is developing Harvest Hills Villas.
Although the complex would be similar to the existing Smith Senior Village, it would be different in at least one significant way: potential residents could be just 55 years old.
“We’re opening to a larger market to capture more people,” said J. Ryan Hamilton, presiding manager of Four Corners Development, L.L.C..
