NEW YORK: The four hundred and seventy-second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A Dallas senior living community has undergone a $36 million expansion and renovation to keep up with demand for senior living options in North Texas.
The project is being paid for with bonds. Plans include adding a new two-story, 6,000-square-foot performing arts center to the property, two new dining venues, an underground parking garage, and adding new apartment homes and living suites.
