NEW YORK: The four hundred and fifty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The 1,000-home South Maldon Garden Suburb, planned near Wycke Hill in Maldon will feature seniors housing, a new primary school, sports pitches, two early years and childcare facilities and 3.4 hectares of land for employment.
It is entered in the Masterplanned Community Award category in 2015. There are 29 entries.
