NEW YORK: The four hundred and fifty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
This conceptual rendering shows the South New Towne Drive site where Rockford Housing Authority and a private developer would build up to 70 apartments for low-income people.
The concept plan is one of 20 entered into the Multigenerational Town Planning award section in 2015.
