NEW YORK: The four hundred and forty-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Tiny seniors/student apartments are being built at the University of British Columbia.
The 145-square-foot apartments – at 12 feet by 12 feet is about the size of a parking spot.
The units squeeze in a bathroom and a kitchenette and rent for between $660 and $690 a month.
