NEW YORK: The forty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The renovation category has drawn an entry from a boutique multi-generational hotel which previously served as an assisted living facility.
The Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale is a collaboration between Newgard Development Group and Menin Hospitality, in joint venture with real estate investor Dev Motwani of Merrimac Ventures in Fort Lauderdale.
The $120 million project will feature a remodeled 96-room hotel and adjacent 128-unit condominium. Construction is expected to begin this summer with completion targeted for end of 2016.
The hotel and condominium are scheduled to open by the first quarter of 2017…
