NEW YORK: The four hundred and thirty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Bromsgrove District Housing Trust (BDHT) is developing phase two of BDHT’s Perryfields development in Perryfields Road. 30 homes are in construction.
A further 16 properties have also been built on New Road, Rubery, including a range of one and two bedroom flats and houses, all for social rent, and affordable homes in the town.
