NEW YORK: The four hundred and fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Construction crews at the site of The Cardinal at North Hills, a 225-unit senior living community next to Midtown Park at North Hills, have finally started going vertical on the residential structures.
The first units at The Cardinal are slated to be ready for move-in by summer 2016. Developers and future residents of the project had a ground-breaking ceremony for the project in April 2014.
The Cardinal will be the first continuing care retirement community in Raleigh that will be available for rent on a monthly format. The community will have 225 independent and assisted living units. To date, 148 of the independent units (or 90%), have already been reserved by future residents.
The property is being developed by Kisco Senior Living.
