NEW YORK: The four hundred and fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Pinellas Heights Senior Apartments, in a former shopping plaza at 11411 Ulmerton Road, Largo, was developed by the Pinellas County Housing Authority and occupied in August, next door to the housing authority’s offices. The four-story building has 153 units for residents at least 62 years old who pay 30 per cent of their income in rent, which ranges from $36 to $489 a month.
