NEW YORK: The four hundred and third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Atlanta-based developer Aspire Development Partners and Wells Real Estate Funds announced on Tuesday that plans are underway for a “unique and cutting edge” senior living community in central Cherokee county.
The project will contain 140 units of independent living residences and 80 units of assisted living and memory care residences and is expected to add nearly 300 new operational and construction jobs to the area, Aspire said.
