Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

NEW YORK: The forty-first entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.

Brad Pitt is known for supporting Make It Right, a charity he founded back in 2007 that aims to help disadvantaged families and seniors find the perfect shelter.

The charity has released six new affordable home designs. The new models were created by using local architects’ skills who each contributed an exclusive, conceptual design based on a brief of a wide range of clients. The homes include features aimed at helping young people transition out of foster care, as well as seniors who are less mobile and single families in desperate need of extra space.
