NEW YORK: The three hundred and seventy-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Apartments, condos, senior housing, offices and a hotel are amongst the uses for 35 wooded acres at Page Avenue and Interstate 270 in Maryland Heights.
The owner, an affiliate of Cypress Real Estate, calls the project Maryland Oaks.
Maryland Oaks is a “life cycle” development designed for residents ranging from professionals to senior citizens who needed assisted-living accommodations.
