NEW YORK: The three hundred and seventy-first entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Phoenix-based Telis Commercial Real Estate is teaming up with Omaha, Nebraska-based Heritage Communities to develop a $20 million senior living community in Glendale.
Called Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead, the 100-unit senior care facility will be built on land just purchased on 67th Avenue just north of Bell Road in Glendale.
Huey and Heritage Communities also had teamed up on Orchard Point at Surprise, a 104-unit assisted living and memory care facility. He said they are planning a third facility in Peoria next year.
