NEW YORK: The three hundred and sixty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Russell Homes has agreed a deal with Halton Housing Trust to deliver a $21.9 million development of 175 new homes at Tan House Lane in Widnes.
The housing association will take 133 homes for private and affordable rent, while Russell Homes will release 42 for sale to the open market.
The development will see the regeneration of a former industrial site which will be remediated and transformed with new housing, road infrastructure, pathways, green open spaces and a playground.
