NEW YORK: The three hundred and fifty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
MorseLife Health Center is building a 235,000-square-foot independent living center in the latest expansion project on its West Palm Beach campus.
The nonprofit provider is using $138 million in revenue bonds to both refinance its previous debt and fund the new facility.
MorseLife spokesman Greg Goodman said the 10-story building would be contiguous to its existing independent/assisted living residence, the Tradition of the Palm Beaches.
