NEW YORK: The three hundred and fifty-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
One of Nashville’s hottest affordable housing projects has been shortlisted.
The city’s inclusionary zoning requires that at least 14 per cent of units be affordable in all new and renovated developments, as well as for properties converted from rental to for-purchase.
The policy addresses traditionally defined low-income households, which make substantially less than the county’s median income.
