NEW YORK: The three hundred and fiftieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Fletchers new homes will be a mix of affordable apartments and terraced housing.
Nearly 200 new homes will be built by Fletchers in central Christchurch.
Housing Minister Dr. Nick Smith said the Government had signed agreements with Fletcher Living for the construction of 191 new homes as part of the Housing Accord signed last September with the Christchurch City Council.
Fletcher Living Chief Operating Officer Steve Evans said the new homes would be a mix of and terraced housing with environmentally-friendly features and “a modern, funky look”.
