NEW YORK: The three hundred and thirty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Affordable housing, a brewery and a visitor centre form part of the redevelopment of Swansea’s Hafod Copperworks site.
Business units and a restaurant could also be created and the site’s engine sheds could be restored to show visitors how they once worked.
The copper works was once largest in the world but closed in the 1980s.
The project is being led by Swansea council and Swansea University.
