NEW YORK: The three hundred and seventeenth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Turriff-based Sandlaw Farming is building 300 rented homes, 75 affordable homes and 25 assisted-living apartments and the Banchory Medical Centre.
Aberdeenshire Council currently has about 15,000 people on its waiting list for housing. More than 1,200 are in Marr and 400 are in Banchory.
