NEW YORK: The three hundred and fourteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Amber Ridge Assisted Living Community, located at 900 43rd Avenue, is currently undergoing a $3.4 million expansion project that will add 16 residential living units and a number of new amenities to the senior living community in Moline, Illinois, said Cindy Navarro Reid, executive director of Amber Ridge Assisted Living.
The new amenities being added as part of the renovation include a coffee shop, library and Internet room in the main building. Within the community’s clubhouse, upgrades include a new dining room with private dining space and adding a movie theater; an entertainment room with Wii bowling and an expanded therapy department.
