NEW YORK: The three hundred and thirteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The $31-million Origin at Spring Creek in Canmore is slated to finish construction in June, offering 110 condominium units, with a range of tenant options, allowing residents to purchase or lease either one- or two-bedroom units with optional supportive care.
The community offers 56 full-ownership independent living condominiums and 54 luxury all-inclusive rental suites. Of those, 12 are ‘memory suites’ that will assist residents in need of memory care.
