NEW YORK: The three hundred and eleventh entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
A 64-multigenerational family home affordable housing development by Ohio-based Woda Group is entered in the Planning category (affordable).
Woda will seek “payments in lieu of taxes” from the city to help complete the project.
