NEW YORK: The two hundred and ninety-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
ROC Seniors Housing Fund Manager, an arm of Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group Partners has invested in the assisted living and memory care sector.
“Our Orchard Park Communities incorporate the newest ideas and features in seniors living design and new construction that deliver best in class living and care experiences for its residence,” Robb Chapin, CEO of ROC Seniors Housing Fund Manager, said.
ROC Seniors Housing has built a portfolio of 31 communities in 14 states. It has raised $550 million to buy seniors housing and medical real estate in the U.S. since January 2014.
