NEW YORK: The two hundred and eighty-second entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The Bader House Memory Care Facility has 24 beds in 24 private rooms.
Located at 3411 Paesano’s Parkway on San Antonio’s far North Central Side, it is the first assisted living venture for W. Drew Mallender and his development partner, Shanna Herbert.
The duo’s partner on the project is John Trevey of Uncommon Care, a Texas-based health care company that provides assisted living services to senior citizens with dementia.
