NEW YORK: The two hundred and seventy-second entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The Neighbourhood is a large retirement housing center in Rio Rancho. The first phase has 90 independent living units. There are plans for 90 more apartments in future phases.
Also planned are 48 private nursing rooms, 24 studios and 24 single room bedrooms.
The Neighbourhood is a continuing-care facility, providing living arrangements for independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing care.
