NEW YORK: The twenty-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Aspen Retirement Ltd is building the care village in Bromsgrove in the UK.
It includes an 81 bedroom skilled nursing home, 66 bedroom extra care accommodation and 26 affordable apartments for older people.
The extra care accommodation embraces the concept of enabling older people to live independently, whilst being assisted from supporting facilities and services.
