NEW YORK: The two hundred and fifty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
A $150 million-plus office and multigenerational apartment complex around a central square is being built to replace Christchurch’s old police headquarters and King Edward barracks.
With up to four commercial buildings, walkways, parking lot building and row of apartments, the development will take up the entire riverside block between Hereford, Cashel and Montreal Street and Cambridge Terrace.
