NEW YORK: The two hundred and fifty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The new housing complex for older people in South Tyneside includes 52 affordable housing units for over-55s on land off River Drive, in South Shields.
The project is under the auspices of South Tyneside Housing Ventures & Galliford Try Partnerships North.
