NEW YORK: The two hundred and fiftieth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The $350 million CityPlace mixed-use development will include construction of 600,250 square feet of Class A office space, 39,860 square feet of retail space, 1,382 luxury apartment units and 140 senior living units.
The three-story assisted-living facility and 66 surface parking spaces is located at the southeast corner of Indian Creek Parkway and Switzer Road.
