NEW YORK: The twenty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Nelson Construction & Development is building a 154-unit bike-friendly apartment complex in downtown Des Moines.
It will sit near a hub for several bike trails on the east side of Southeast First Street, south of the confluence of the Des Moines and Raccoon rivers.
