NEW YORK: The two hundred and thirty-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
An affordable housing complex is being developed for Conifer Realty, LLC.
“There are 76 units,” said Sam Leone, vice president of development for Conifer. “One is set aside for an on-site superintendent, and 19 are set aside for disabled veterans.”
