NEW YORK: The two hundred and thirty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Big Rock Partners has teamed up with Millennium Real Estate Group to construct a $25 million senior living rental development in Port Royal.
The development contains 126 rental residences — 60 independent living and 45 assisted living apartments, plus a 21-unit memory care section.
