NEW YORK: The two hundred and nineteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Grove City is home to a 180,000-square-foot senior center and special-care housing facility.
Mark Murphy, StoryPoint’s chief investment officer, said the company looked at 100 sites in Ohio before choosing Grove City.
The building includes a mix of living options, including independent living, enhanced living, assisted living and memory care.
Amenities include a variety of dining options, indoor and outdoor activity areas, shops, postal services, a bank, salon and barber services, a library and computer classroom and multipurpose rooms for larger gatherings, fitness or other group activities.
The project also includes an independent-living program known as the Harbors: 30 additional apartments offering catered services for residents with slightly higher needs
