NEW YORK: The two hundred and sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The eco-town described as the UK’s ‘most sustainable development’ includes a mix of affordable housing, an eco-pub, an eco-business and retail center, extra care apartments for the elderly, a space for a network of allotments, a country park, play areas, a community farm and a woodland burial ground.
