NEW YORK: The hundred and ninetieth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The future look of Sheerwater has been mapped out in a detail not seen before.
By the end of 2024 the regenerated area will have 952 new homes, a leisure center, community and health facilities, nursery, new shops and further additions, under the plans of New Vision Homes (NVH).
These proposals, which include accommodation for older people, a games area, skate park, youth center, pub and new pedestrian and cycle links, were unveiled earlier this year.
