NEW YORK: The hundred and seventy-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
A new style of senior housing has come to South Florida.
The Sheridan at Cooper City will feature 111 assisted living and memory care apartments.
“Years ago, the skilled nursing home had a very institutional feel to it, but now it’s hospitality and services feel very much like a five-star resort or hotel,” said Mike Gilliam, CEO of Greenbrier Development.
