NEW YORK: The hundred and seventy-third entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Oakleaf Commercial Services is shortlisted for its garage development program which transforms old derelict garage sites into new build, social housing developments.
These sites are generally unused and in derelict condition and are developed into desirable new build houses more cost effectively than using external main contractors.
