NEW YORK: The hundred and seventy-first entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
This is an entry into the Most Outstanding Seniors Home Regeneration.
The soul of this 1874 Congregational church was not lost in its architectural conversion. The addition of a modern back (pictured) and a mezzanine level resurrected it as a home with four bedrooms, wine cellar and a gym bathed in the ethereal light of a stained glass window.
