NEW YORK: The hundred and sixtieth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The Platform apartments in Eveleigh, Sydney is right on the doorstep of Carriageworks. The 88-unit development was completed last month and is reserved for key workers and seniors in low and medium income households.
The Platform was built by City West, a developer established to build affordable housing in the City of Sydney local government area.
