NEW YORK: The hundred and fifty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
National Church Residences plans a 178-unit retirement community in Westerville with apartments, assisted-living units and a skilled nursing home.
The National Church Residences Central College community would include 96 independent-living apartments, 50 assisted-living units with about half devoted to those with memory impairments, and a 22-bed skilled nursing home in a four-story, 155,000-square-foot complex. Another 22 independent-living units would be in one-story cottages on the grounds.
