NEW YORK: The five hundred and seventy-second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
The proposal for the first piece of what Mid-City has named RIA, the overhaul of the aging Brookland Manor apartment complex and the neighboring Brentwood Village Shopping Center, calls for two buildings with about 231 residential units. The phase is slated for RIA’s Block 7, a 2.6-acre site bounded by Brentwood Road NE, Saratoga Avenue, 14th Street, and a public alley.
