NEW YORK: The hundred and forty-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
A Kaukauna company will build a $6.5 million memory care center on the west side of Neenah to serve 63 elderly and frail residents who live with a dementia like Alzheimer’s disease.
American Grand Assisted Living Suites plans to begin construction of the community-based residential facility in May. It will be located on Meadow Lane east of Aurora Health Center and south of Applebee’s restaurant and will be built in two stages, said Jeff Ziolkowski, president and owner of American Grand.
