NEW YORK: The hundred and fortieth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Primrose Retirement Community is building a complex of 20 townhomes and a clubhouse adjacent to its 40 independent living apartments and 40 assisted-living apartments.
Pueblo Regional Building Department lists the construction value at an estimated US$2.82 million. Construction recently began with the work expected to finish by late 2015, company executives said.
