Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophyNEW YORK: The four hundred and forty-first entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

Bridge Road Land Management have requested a 90 day extension to continue working towards finding the necessary investors to construct their senior development complex in the city.

Melfort Mayor Rick Lang, notes that for a company to construct a building of that stature, it’s not unusual for them to look for outside funds to support their project.

“Any company that does that type of thing, I guess I would classify it almost as a luxury rental for seniors, obviously can’t typically fund that within their own company so they’re always looking outside for investors, so the hope from the City of Melfort is that they find some,” said Lang following the regular City Council meeting.
