A second new assisted living center with a memory care unit is proposed in Springboro.
SCA Properties, based in Bloomington, Minne., is planning the Sanctuary at Springboro, a 118-unit assisted living facility at 8683 Clearcreek- Franklin Road.
Eventually, the company also plans a 50-unit memory care unit for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia.
A new assisted living center with a memory unit has recently opened on Ohio 73 in Springboro, one of several planned in Warren County.
