NEW YORK: The three hundred and seventy-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
At the corner of Edmund Place and John R. Street in Brush Park in Detroit, this building, designed by LOHA of Los Angeles, is six stories tall stepping down to three stories as it approaches the historic Ransom Gillis mansion on Alfred Street immediately to the south. It will be an apartment building, known in this development as “the flats,” with first floor retail and rooftop terraces that have views of the 8.4 acre development and downtown Detroit to the south.
