DALLAS: A developer has released a new design illustration of the 200-unit Somerby of Sandy Springs senior housing complex slated to open in December at 25 Glenlake Parkway.
The illustration shows two peaked-roof buildings, one 5 stories and the other 3 stories. The image was sent with a press release announcing that construction is underway, though in fact the work already began 10 months ago at the 6-acre site near the Ga. 400/Abernathy Road interchange….
