NEW YORK: The hundred and twenty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Kirkstall Forge is one of the oldest industrial sites in the country – and now the largest brownfield mixed-use scheme underway in Leeds. A community consultation exercise, held up by Leeds City Council as an exemplar, lasted a number of years, incorporating community workshops and exhibitions. A community liaison group was also established, bringing residents, councillors, schools and churches together.
