trophy NEW YORK: The three hundred and forty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

Homeless people will have access to showers at a proposed inner city office block while they sort out their housing problems.

Major builder Grocon wants to provide the service at its Northumberland project in Wellington St, Collingwood, which has gone to Yarra Council for planning approval.

It comprises a 13-level office tower and a five-storey building with shops, cafes and meeting rooms.
